Job Description Job Description: - As Product Development Engineer Manager, you will lead the technical development and implementation of new products across internal manufacturing, outsourced production, and purchased goods. You will oversee engineering projects from concept through launch, mentor technical staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, cost, and timeline objectives are met. This role combines engineering expertise with leadership and strategic planning to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products to market. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:  Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline  57 years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment  35 years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role  Experience in product design verification and validation  Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles (e.g., statistics, dynamics, thermodynamics)  Proficiency in 3D CAD tools  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, MS Project)  Program management leadership experience with knowledge of fundamental statistics  Knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as machining, stamping, injection molding, forging, heat treat, and metallurgy  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills  Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments  Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across departments and engage with executive leadership Plusses  Masters degree in Engineering or related field  HVAC/HVACR product design experience  SolidWorks experience  Experience working with Asian vendors or international manufacturing partners null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
