**Product Development Engineer - Dosing**

As a Product Development Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic SCRUM team, contributing to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge pump solutions that make a real difference.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Analyze data to support product development and maintenance.
+ Take ownership of daily engineering tasks that support product lines.
+ Contribute to technical updates and continuous improvements.
+ Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
+ Ensure technical documentation (e.g., drawings, SAP data) is accurate and up to date.
+ Conduct cost analysis and support cost-reduction initiatives.
+ Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple functions.
This role will be based in Székesfehervár, Hungary and will report to the Scrum Master.
**What Success Looks Like**
+ Execution of sprint backlog tasks.
+ Product quality performance (e.g., warranty metrics).
+ Contribution to cost-out and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Achievement of personal critical operating tasks (COTs).
+ Alignment with Grundfos Group incentive KPIs
**Your background:**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
+ 2+ years of relevant experience in product development.
+ Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
+ Understanding of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology.
+ Experience with tools such as: 3D CAD (preferably Catia), Simulation tools (e.g., Ansys), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
+ Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
