Throughout the journey, you’ll be part of cross-functional teams, help define and validate real products and contribute to innovations that are shaping the future of mobility.
What you'll do:
You’ll be part of projects that ensure our products meet the highest standards—both ours and the customer’s.
Expect to:
Work on simulations, validations, and engineering challenges
Support technical decisions with data and analysis
Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders
Drive best practices in engineering processes
Who are we looking for?
Graduated within the last year, with degree completed or in final steps of certification (e.g. pending official title), in fields like Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.
Advanced English proficiency
Willingness to live and work across different countries
Any previous international experience, internships in the automotive industry, or leadership roles in student projects? Huge plus!
