Job Purpose

The Product Development Engineer will be responsible to develop the new Kalrez® perfluoroelastomer parts and new process technology and to conduct continuous improvement projects, to support the growth of Kalrez® business.

Responsibilities

Develop new material and product, and their process technologies with material science and/or engineering approaches.

Conduct various continuous improvement projects to optimize parts and materials performance, quality, capacity, efficiency, etc.

Rapid prototyping to deliver the new parts sample to the customers

IP filing and monitoring

Qualifications

BS or MS with Material Science or Engineering

High motivations with sense of urgency and ownership

Good communication skills and teamwork internally and externally

Verbal and written English communication skills

Better to have > 5 years of experiences in elastomer industry

Compliant with safety guidelines, business ethics and internal control processes
