Summary: In this role, the Product Designer will understand user needs and business objectives, translate them into intuitive design solutions, and drive continuous design improvements. As a Product Designer, you will be a part of a cross-functional, Agile team consisting of content and product design, front and backend development, integration developers, and quality assurance to deliver the best digital experiences to consumers. Your primary focus will be crafting seamless interfaces and engaging user experiences, ensuring our products are functional and enjoyable to use. Your day-to-day activities will range from conducting user research and developing wireframes and prototypes to conducting usability tests and presenting design ideas to internal teams and stakeholders. Your expertise will play a fundamental role in shaping our digital platforms' look, feel, and user experience. Responsibilities: * Understand and interpret user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in design decisions * Conceptualize and develop detailed product designs that meet user needs and business objectives * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, researchers, engineers, and marketers * Drive continuous design improvements by incorporating user feedback, usability findings, and design best practices * Present and defend design decisions based on user needs, design principles, and business objectives
