As a result, our customers are better served. **Responsibilities** + ​​Collaborate with developers and program managers to deliver designs that align with technical and performance requirements + Work with other designers to ensure consistency and cohesion across user experiences + Partner with researchers to plan studies and apply insights that improve the product + Clearly communicate and document design direction for team members, leadership, and stakeholders​ Embody our culture (https://careers.microsoft.com/v2/global/en/culture) and values (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + ​​Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 1+ years experience working in product or service design + OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).​ + Resume must include a link to design portfolio. **Other Requirements** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: + This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Preferred/Additional Qualifications** + ​​Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills, essential for working in a global team + Ability to think conceptually about system design, approach problems with a structured mindset, and collaborate well in a team environment + Understanding of technical constraints, user goals, and business needs that influence product design + Experience collaborating closely with Program Management and Engineering teams + Proficiency in Figma, including rapid prototyping and working within structured design systems + Attention to detail and comprehensive organizational skills + Proficient in core aspects of interaction and UX design, including information architecture, design systems, workflows, and micro-interactions + Familiarity with code, data, or analytics, and how they influence design decisions​ \#azdat #azuredata Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
