At Kalkomey, this Product Designer role will initially focus on agency tools, primarily designing internal dashboards and admin panels. However, we're looking for someone adaptable, who can seamlessly plug into any of our working groups as needs evolve. This might include work on customer-facing websites, e-commerce and store platforms, landing/SEM pages, the HuntWise app, or even interactive features in the future. We're seeking someone with strong UX/UI fundamentals who's equally confident navigating complex backend systems and crafting intuitive, user-friendly public-facing products. Ideal candidates will bring systems thinking and real product case studies to the table, not just landing pages or single-screen designs. Must Haves:  + Experience: 5+ years as a Product or UX/UI Designer   + Strong UX skills: Can simplify complex workflows and think strategically.  + UX Research & Synthesis: Experience interviewing users and presenting to stakeholders.  + Information Architecture: understands how to structure complex admin tools or dashboards logically.  + User Flows: can demonstrate work on complex, multi-step user flows.  + Strong UI skills: Full-page layout design, not just components. Clean, modern, accessible UI work; understands hierarchy, spacing, type, and color.  + Proficient in Figma: Full end-to-end design (user flows → high-fidelity mockups → handoff). Able to build mid-to-high fidelity prototypes.   + Comfortable collaborating with developers: Understands front-end constraints and communicates clearly with developers.   + Experience using and following brand guidelines.   + Experience shipping software as part of a collaborative team  Valued Soft Skills:  + Self-driven and dependable.  + Experience working within smaller remote teams  + Sees beyond screens and understands business goals + user needs.  + Can balance multiple priorities and context-switch when needed  + Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment  + Values feedback, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration  Nice to Haves:  + Experience with online education/course platforms  + Experience with e-commerce (especially digital product sales)  + Can build with and contribute to shared design systems.
