QuinStreet is looking for a Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems to join our Point-of-Sale Financing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll own and evolve our design system—setting the foundation for consistency, scalability, and world-class user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers in an Agile environment to craft seamless consumer-facing experiences. While your core strength is in design systems, you’re also excited to roll up your sleeves on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Responsibilities
Own, evolve, and maintain our design system—ensuring it aligns with the latest design best practices and scales across platforms and teams. Define and document UI patterns, interaction models, and components in close collaboration with engineering. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure cohesive, high-quality design implementations. Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web and mobile experiences. Champion UX/UI excellence and accessibility standards across our consumer touchpoints. Actively contribute to team design critiques, design ops, and process improvement.Requirements
3+ years in a product design role with demonstrated ownership of a design system in a cross-functional product team. Strong expertise in Figma, and working knowledge of tools like Miro, Lucid Chart, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid grasp of front-end frameworks and how design translates into code (HTML/CSS understanding is a plus). Proven experience designing for responsive consumer-facing web or mobile products. Bachelor's in web, Graphic, or Product Design—or equivalent experience. Online portfolio showing design system ownership and user-centric product work. Agile development experience with a technical mindset.Nice to have:
