Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on generating new visual language. 2. Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms. 3. Drive partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch. 4. Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States is permitted. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 5. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Administration, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. 6. Experience must include 5 years of experience in the following: 7. 1. Building and shipping applications or software at company-level scale 8. 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs 9. 3. Prototyping 10. 4. Visual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography 11. 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users 12. 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts 13. 7. Defining product specifications and user experiences 14. 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing 15. 9. Leading end to end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes 16. 10.
