**Required Skills:**
Product Designer Responsibilities:
1. Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design.
2. Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms.
3. Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

4. Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
5. Requires education and/or experience in each of the following:
6. 1. Knowledge of working with Design System Engineering teams to bring capabilities to life
7. 2. Building and shipping design systems foundations, components, and patterns
8. 3. Interaction design, including defining user experience
9. 4. Figma and Origami Prototyping
10. 6. Expertise in Color, Color theming systems, Elevation and shadow usage, Grid and Spacing structures, Iconography, Interaction, Motion, Shape, Sound & Haptics, Transitions, and Typography
11. 7. Color algorithms, experience defining a color system
12. 8. Digital ergonomics and how users perceive the technical science
13. 9. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users
14. 10. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts
15. 11. Defining product specifications and user experiences
16. 12. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing
17. 13. Conducting end-to-end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes
18. 14. Strong subject matter expertise with designing accessible experiences
19. 15. Leadership in supporting design quality initiatives
**Public Compensation:**
$133,901/year to $148,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits
