Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the team include answers on search engine and AI search that includes places/restaurants- how the map is designed as well as entertainment answers.
- Key projects: This role will be support designers on the team and be able to lead specific answer segments dependent on their interests.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Typical day in the role will include 35 meetings: partner meetings and collaboration meetings with other designers 15 research building their own stories 25 supporting designs and 25 leading designs.

Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years of experience required for the role
- Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Design Graphic Design or related program. A combination of education and experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
- Disqualifiers: Resumes without a portfolio with work that has been produced not exploratory work or conceptions must have journey range to showcase end to end process.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate has a good understanding of UX user experience web and mobile interaction patterns Strong visual/UI design skills Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of standard design principles: color typography layout brand strong communication skills ability to work under constant deadline constraints proficiency in current and emerging web technologies and standard design software packages ex.figma be a strong team member working together with all team members to accomplish the same goal.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work meet deadlines and communications skills

Hard Skills Assessments
- Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Between 7/30 - 7/31
- Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1 round- 30 minutes.
- Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates will need to speak on prior experience/portfolio review.
Job Responsibilities:
- Production support using templates and layouts based on specs provided by design leads.
- May assist with presentations.
Qualifications:
- Have a good understanding of UX user experience web and mobile interaction patterns. Strong visual/UI design skills.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under constant deadline constraints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
