**What you’ll do:** + Deliver NPD tasks or NPD sub-projects with guidance and supervision. + Customization’s capability. + Product design and verification. + Technical documentations for applying certification. + Provide for engineering support for sales and marketing. + Other tasks leader assigned **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or above, master is preferred. Mechanical or Electric Engineering background. + 2-3 years electrical, mechanical engineering design experience + Be familiar with using 3D software, such as Inventor or Solidworks, and AutoCAD. + Technical foundation in fuse and/or related products and applications. + Matrix management (product performance, manufacturability & cost). + Communications. + Continuous improvement mindset. + Data based decision making. + Certain English skill on oral and writing
