Bachelor's degree or above, master is preferred. Mechanical or Electric Engineering background.
5 years or above electrical, mechanical engineering design experience

Be familiar with using 3D software, such as Inventor or Solidworks, and AutoCAD.
Technical foundation in fuse and/or related products and applications.
Matrix management (product performance, manufacturability & cost).
Communications.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Data based decision making.
Certain English skill on oral and writing
