And we are proud to be the first agency in Hungary to get the Great Place To Work® certification! **Overview** **PRODUCT DESIGN DIRECTOR** As a Product Design Director working on Pampers Club, you will lead the end-to-end design strategy and execution across Product (App), CRM, and Web Content Design, driving user growth, engagement, and retention through seamless, high-impact digital experiences. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a design leader with a strong product mindset, creative rigor, and a track record in B2C digital experiences—ideally within CPG and loyalty ecosystems. You’ll shape how millions of parents interact with the Pampers brand every day—ensuring we show up with relevance, empathy, and design excellence at every touchpoint. **What you'll focus on:** + Lead design across the Pampers Club ecosystem, including mobile app, CRM communications, and web experiences—with a strong focus on growth, performance, and user satisfaction. + Define and drive the design vision, ensuring alignment with product, brand, and business objectives. + Optimize user journeys and flows across the lifecycle—acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention—through data-informed, user-centered design. + Mentor and lead a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and craft excellence. + Champion a test-and-learn approach—leveraging A/B testing, performance data, and user research to guide continuous improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, research, marketing, and analytics to deliver cohesive and scalable digital experiences. + Influence senior stakeholders, embedding design thinking into strategic decision-making and advocating for design as a growth lever. **What you would bring to this role:** + Proven Product Design leadership, with 8–10+ years in B2C digital experiences—ideally spanning mobile, loyalty, and content-driven ecosystems. + Experience in CPG/FMCG environments, preferably with exposure to loyalty programs, high-frequency engagement models, or CRM ecosystems. + Hands-on designer with deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design systems. + Growth marketing mindset—able to balance creative excellence with performance goals and business impact. + Fluent in data-driven design, user research methodologies, and optimization frameworks. + Inspirational team leader with a track record of mentoring and scaling design teams in cross-functional environments. + Executive presence—confident presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders. + Bold in elevating design standards, with an eye for detail and a drive for best-in-class execution.
