**The Job:**
As a **Product Demonstrator & Service Support Technician** , you’ll be responsible for product demonstrations & roadshows, supporting post-sales telephone technical support to customer, post-sales in-house repair and analysis for Stanley Black and Decker products, and for provide failure analysis to walk-in customers and trains customer on prevention maintenance.
**You’ll get to** :
+ Support Sales in customer site demonstrations.
+ Support Technical Sales Specialists (especially those who are new into their role ie.1st 6 months) in customer site demonstrations.
+ Participate in and support the local sales team in roadshows. This will include: Proactive demonstration on the use and operations of our tools (ie. showing how our tools could be used and the relevant unique selling points of the tools displayed during roadshows)Promotion of Service Plus programs for Service during roadshows
+ Support setting up of respective site requirements / collaterals / tools pre-event.
+ Work with distributors/dealers on site-specific event requirements.
+ Provide technical advice and support to customers on usage of power tools and hand tools.
+ Repair of power tools and hand tools.
+ Provide documentation of symptoms and failures of equipment.
+ Support admin tasks not limited to raising job cards, invoices, quotations and handling spare part inventory.
+ Identify, resolve and escalate technical and quality problem for resolution.
+ Perform ad-hoc work task that assigned by superior.

Education: Minimum Diploma in related technical field.
Experience: At least 3-year hands-on experience in service and repair functions for equipment.
Skills / Personalities:
+ Good communication skills.
+ Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of responsibilities.
+ Familiar with MS Office applications
+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
+ Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
+ Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
