As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Fusion Product, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in both the Data Solutions and Digital Channels teams. You will partner with the Product & Engineering team to understand planned new product capabilities and evaluate partners that support the Data Solutions product roadmap. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
+ Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
+ Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
+ Develops a comprehensive understanding of the Data Management and Analytics business roadmap, functional requirements, and technical requirements to effectively engage with partners.
+ Supports the entire lifecycle of partnerships, including discovery, evaluation, execution, onboarding, and managing commercial aspects.
+ Considers and plans for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
+ Analyzes and evaluates product metrics, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle.
+ Writes detailed requirements, epics, and user stories to facilitate product development.
+ Connects dots within Card, Commerce, and Digital Channels, serving as a key conduit and ambassador for our partners.
+ Supports key leadership updates and deliverables, ensuring alignment with priorities and clearly articulating their impact.
+ Manages ad-hoc responsibilities for the broader Fusion COO team.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
+ Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
+ Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
+ Experience in product deployment processes
+ Relationship builder - invests in developing collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners.
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
+ Fluent in the lifecycle of forming partnerships from sourcing through to contracting.
+ Driven to execute - tenacious drive to execute, leveraging strong organizational skills, communication, and influence.
+ Great communication skills with a natural attention to detail.
+ Ability to support decision makers as they face ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities.
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
+ Agency, consulting, or similar background in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment with stakeholder management.
+ Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and associated best practices.
+ Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
+ Prior experience working with diverse stakeholders, with the ability to motivate around shared goals.
