Product Delivery Owner

What does a great Product Owner do at Fiserv?

As a Product Owner at Fiserv, your role within the Product Management function is critical. You will work closely with delivery teams and various business units to ensure the achievement of business and operational objectives. Your primary responsibility is to provide leadership to delivery teams, as well as to stakeholder groups like Professional Services, Commercialization, and Operations. Together, you will develop innovative cross-vertical solutions that deliver exceptional value to Fiserv and its customers.

What You Will Do:

Develop a solid understanding of bill pay, account payables, accounts receivables, audit & regulatory compliance, and user experience.Influence delivery teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of products.Ensure all technical and operational requirements for release delivery are covered in the backlog.Analyze and predict risks and issues to mitigate delivery challenges.Manage cross-team dependencies and upcoming changes impacting product delivery.Maintain a pragmatic focus on delivery throughout the product development cycle.

What You Will Need To Have:

Deep understanding of bill pay, account payables, accounts receivables, audit & regulatory compliance, and user experience.Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.Excellent communication skills to articulate business value and strategic direction clearly.Strong track record of stakeholder management and collaboration.Effective decision-making skills to solve complex problems efficiently.

What Would Be Great To Have:

Certification in Product Management.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with agile methodologies.Knowledge of financial services industry trends.Proficiency in project management tools.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
