As a Product Delivery Manager within Acquiring Platforms and Rails (APR), you will focus on executing project management tasks for various projects designed to enhance and optimize product delivery to customers, specifically aligned with the eCommerce program. 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsExcellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience and business needs to a technical audienceStrong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detailCapacity to handle a highly complex effort, with ability to objectively prioritize across multiple workstreamsSkilled at Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and PowerPoint/PitchProBachelor’s degree required; PMP certification a plus
