As a Product Delivery Manager within Acquiring Platforms and Rails (APR), you will focus on executing project management tasks for various projects designed to enhance and optimize product delivery to customers, specifically aligned with the eCommerce program.  As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.  Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that initiatives align with business goals.  With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

 

Job responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans across APR eCommerce strategic initiatives, incorporating product and technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of solutionsIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumUtilize advanced analytical reasoning based on data from systems of record to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessEnsure good data hygiene of project data points across suite of project management tools and repositories (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, Teams), and comply to all product and project management controls throughout the life of the programs/projectsDevelop and implement dashboards to effectively monitor program performance, providing stakeholders with real-time insights and data-driven decision-making tools.Communicate program progress to audiences of every level, including executive stakeholders, clearly summarizing program status and risks appropriately and effectively, and ensuring adherence to company standards for communication

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
