Product Delivery Manager (Multiple Positions Available)

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop, articulate, and maintain a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the firm's overall objectives to meet global model risk regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global model risk management guidance and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and act as bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure common understanding of product goals. Define, maintain, and prioritize product backlog in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and internal engineering teams. Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements while working closely with engineering teams to address and mitigate any impediments affecting release timelines. Facilitate internal and external inquiries related to the product, including communications on overall status, key metrics, and delivery updates. Plan and schedule engineering sprints, including delivery scope, milestones, and timelines. Drive quality assurance processes for overall product delivery. Implement best practices and standards in the Agile cycle to enhance overall delivery capabilities within the product team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Financial Risk Management, Product Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, Data Collection Specialist, Trading Model Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Financial Risk Management, Product Management, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, Data Collection Specialist, Trading Model Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: coordinating with cross-functional teams to document and translate requirements and user stories for engineering team execution; data analysis tooling including Excel, SQL, and scripting languages, such as Python, to enable data analysis, reporting, and automating workflows to drive decision-making and optimize product delivery processes and tasks. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies; using product and project management tools including, JIRA and Confluence to facilitate product delivery management by documenting requirements, managing delivery tasks, tracking progress of product development, and facilitating team collaboration. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: using wireframe tools including Figma and Balsamiq, to produce web page and application mockups, system diagrams, and workflow diagrams.

Full-Time. Salary: $161,100 - $187,500 per year.
