Product Data Analyst
Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain accurate product data that reflects MillerKnoll’s offerings. This data supports the specification of our furniture products within software platforms such as CET Designer. The position involves managing, processing, and automating product data while ensuring its accuracy prior to release to development and integration teams.
Ideal candidates should have strong experience with PIM (Product Information Management), PDM (Product Data Management), or similar systems. This role plays a key part in supporting a product development team focused, product data maintenance, spare parts catalogue management and visualization technologies.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent or other (Mechanical Civil or relevant) with 6 or more years of experience in data analysis, creation and manipulation.Experience in any scripting languages is a significant advantage and will be preferred - MS Access/MS SQL etc.Proven working knowledge of PDM/PIM or similar systems is a must.Should be detail oriented and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of best practices with the data version controlling systems.Should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Testing, and Development teams, to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes accordingly.Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional problems with intuitive problem-solving techniques.Highly self-motivated and organized to achieve the monthly product release cycles.Good communication skills verbal and written (English).Ability to work to predefine priorities as part of a multi-regional team.Should be willing to be flexible in terms of working shifts (00pm to 9.00pm).Who We Hire?
