Join our dynamic team as a Product Data Coordinator for the Benelux market, where you'll oversee the end-to-end process of data sharing from internal datapools, such as GS1, ETIM and EZ-Base, from planning to implementation. You'll develop and manage local processes to ensure seamless product data flow from central hubs like MasterData, and you'll generate custom data exports for both internal and external stakeholders. As the key liaison with third-party partners such as GS1, EZ Base, and DGE, you'll ensure smooth data creation, processing, and publishing. You'll also lead the charge on our internal eCommerce content platforms—Riversand, Bynder, Salsify, Showpad, and more—driving their launch and maintenance while advocating their use across the business. With a keen eye for process optimisations, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our product data collection and sharing our commercial strategies. If you're ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** + Support and develop the Stanley Black & Decker product information management system, focusing on consolidating data into one database (RIVERSAND) and using Salsify for data formatting. + Act as the local market point of contact for external service providers and implementation partners. + Ensure data consistency and quality across all content platforms and data export channels, including Riversand, Bynder, Salsify, Showpad, Excel, Access, and SQL. + Collaborate cross-functionally to distribute product content via central platforms, making it accessible to all market participants. + Provide PIM support and training for local Product, Marketing, Brand, and eCommerce teams. + Manage and deliver up-to-date product technical data for the BL region, ensuring timely content delivery in required formats and uploading content to customer channels as needed. + Align with various teams to ensure eCommerce content requests are fulfilled, track content creation progress, and ensure deadlines are met, addressing any concerns promptly. **Who You Are** You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
