Product Data Analyst

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Product Data Analyst.

What you’ll do:

Job Summary    
Support for digital front end initiatives including PDH, Eaton.Com, Order Center and various other digital and eCommerce initiatives.  
    

Job Responsibilities     
A. Organize and submit various PDH requests, including:
B. Review accuracy of existing PDH items and add more detail in product specs / descriptions as needed
C. Create new product templates and provide to PDH team in Pune for uploads
D. Support AEM and PDH for integration with Eaton.com
F. Ensures all data requests to support various digital initiatives are fulfilled
G. Acts as a point of aggregation for LATAM marketing team while providing one contact point for IT, PDH team, etc. 
H. Provide maintenance support on an ongoing basis to ensure data integrity
I. Facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations
JL. Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution (troubleshooting)
M. Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow
N. Write and edit a heavy volume of product information such as product descriptions, product attributes and unstructured content.
O. Lead deployment projects (onsite and offshore specific) with larger scope of Product data hub in coordination with IT & Project management team 
    Bussmann business lead
    Train new PLMs

P. Works with different source systems (Product drawings, ERPs, etc.) to source product attributes and specifications.
Q. Ability to present details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review.

Qualifications:

Education level required     

Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar 

Years and area of experience required   

Minimum 3 years prior technical marketing or sales experience preferredAbility to work effectively in team environment and independently. 

Technical knowledge   

Knowledge of CRM software Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office  (word, excel, email, internet)Strong listen, written and verbal communication skillsSkills:
