As a member of our Product Control function, you will spend each day supporting financial controllers and trading desks, ensuring that the P&L, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures are done correctly and accurately.

Job responsibilities 

Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processesProduce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and yearly P&L informationProvide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiativesDrive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely mannerServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience doing P&L and month end close processBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related areaStrong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and detail orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerStrong Excel skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong accounting background highly preferred (2+ years)Eager to challenge current processes
