**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a strong background in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel as needed. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our asset management processes and contributing to the overall success of our projects. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to meet client requirements. + Oversee the development and customization of Maximo modules to enhance functionality and user experience. + Provide expert guidance on best practices for asset management ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications. + Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Maximo solutions. + Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Maximo configurations customizations and processes. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in asset management technologies. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Maximo solutions. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through effective asset management. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all asset management activities. + Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic asset management plans that align with organizational goals. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities. + Have a strong background in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry providing valuable domain expertise. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. + Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members. + Show proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. + Possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and best practices. **Certifications Required** IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 PMP Certification is a plus.
