This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads to translate insurance product requirements into effective system configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring insurance systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and deep domain knowledge of life, annuity, and retirement products. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with product owners and actuarial teams to understand insurance product rules, rates, and benefits. + Configure products, rules, workflows, and forms within the Zinnia system to align with business requirements. + Work onsite with client teams to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment throughout the configuration lifecycle. + Perform functional testing of configured products and troubleshoot system behavior. + Document configuration specifications, version changes, and mapping to business rules. + Support go-live activities, defect triaging, and post-implementation tuning. + Participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates to client and internal teams. + Serve as liaison between business, IT, and Zinnia technical support. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in insurance product configuration and systems implementation. + Hands-on experience with building Annuity applications in Zinnia/iPipeline/ -Hexure-Firelight platform.
