This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads to translate insurance product requirements into effective system configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring insurance systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and deep domain knowledge of life, annuity, and retirement products. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with product owners and actuarial teams to understand insurance product rules, rates, and benefits. + Configure products, rules, workflows, and forms within the Zinnia system to align with business requirements. + Work onsite with client teams to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment throughout the configuration lifecycle. + Perform functional testing of configured products and troubleshoot system behavior. + Document configuration specifications, version changes, and mapping to business rules. + Support go-live activities, defect triaging, and post-implementation tuning. + Participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates to client and internal teams. + Serve as liaison between business, IT, and Zinnia technical support. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in insurance product configuration and systems implementation. + Hands-on experience with building Annuity applications in Zinnia/iPipeline/ -Hexure-Firelight platform. Interface with NSCC + Strong understanding of annuity product structures. + Familiarity with rules engines, workflow configuration, and document setup. + Proven ability to work onsite in a client-facing role. + Experience with test scenarios, data validation, and UAT support. + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience working in Agile environments. + Exposure to other policy admin platforms (e.g., LifePRO, FAST, OIPA) is a plus. + Knowledge of integration touchpoints like underwriting, billing, and claims modules. **Life at Capgemini:** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
