Product Chapter Lead, Client Onboarding Crew

We’re looking for a Product Chapter Lead reporting to the Client Onboarding Crew Product Lead to:

• partner with the Crew Product Lead to develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the FA-led onboarding platform (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning of legacy applications)
• lead a team of product managers participating in agile ceremonies and drafting product requirements to drive new deliverables and continuously iterate on existing products
• act as line manager and be a mentor supporting career progression by enabling the team with new / emerging practices, learning opportunities and capability building
• interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
• ensure product readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
• support Crew Objective and Key Results by providing relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
• partner closely with Technical Leads, business partners and control functions across streams and divisions
• co-lead governance ceremonies with key stakeholders and senior management to provide clear and concise status reporting that tracks and manages risks, issues and actions to ensure clear accountability and timely resolution
• assist in the production of key program artifacts including steering committee and senior management updates, strategy and approach documents, high level requirements summaries, test results etc.
• manage complex product roadmaps that span multiple product development teams, organizational units and stakeholder groups

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $200000 to $250000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
