If you love details, collaboration, and making things happen, this role is made for you. **How you will contribute** You will: + Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers. + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory. + Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. + Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues. + Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity. + Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks. ​ **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries. + Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field. + Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools. + Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines. + Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. + PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus. This role is a key execution position in the I2M framework. You will play a central role in delivering initiatives that impact business performance, learning how to manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders’ expectations. The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
