Product Category Lead – Locks and Access Solutions-Remote Colorado
(Candidate will need to reside within 1 hour radius of Colorado Springs for team and training engagements once a month)

What You Will Do:
Act as point of contact for hot order issues and escalations from internal & external customers
Managing multiple customer interactions & applying knowledge of internal processes to meet more complex requests.
Determine and resolve root cause of customer dissatisfaction within the bounds of responsibility.
Serve as factory liaison collaborating with Operations
Coordinate with operations/factory teammates, schedulers, and quality teams on critical product issues.
Provide feedback/direction to Customer Experience Specialists on product issues.
Attend capacity & production meetings and report back findings to team.
Collaborate with Product Management teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for their product category for both Locks and Access Solutions.
Attend weekly &/or quarterly product manager meetings.
Collaborate with product managers on price-book reviews.
Provide updates on new or obsolete product offerings
Facilitate monthly product update meetings for customer experience reps i.e. literature revisions, price book updates, new product introductions, product updates and quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement activities as needed.
Support the Customer Experience team
Serve as backup for all interactions including phone calls, emails and portal requests during times of high volume.
Monitor and answer questions posted in the brand Teams chat
Work with Supervisor and Manger to identify training opportunities for improved customer experience.
Provide product training.
Provide product training to new customer experience reps during onboarding
Collaborate with Field Support for on-site trainings.
Provide remedial product, process and system training as needed to continually improve customer experience.
Partner with Product Support and Business Operations teams to identify gaps in capability.
Collaborate with Business operations training to develop and maintain training material and work standards.
Participate in special projects as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:
2+ years related industry experience.
HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of basic and complex products and features for multiple brands and product categories sufficient to determine customer requirements for additional products or services
Customer centric with the ability to balance customer benefits and business goals effectively
Working knowledge of PC based software applications (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) & basic web applications.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to serve as a back-up trainer for highly technical product knowledge
Ability to develop and deliver business systems training as needed.
Problem solving ability in a complex technical environment
Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
The expected Base Salary Range: $50,700-$80,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
