Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm, is seeking a Product Attorney for a Secondment engagement focused on product counseling international expansion diligence. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of a set of products and services associated with a complex technology while working directly with business operations teams on diligence efforts internationally.

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid - on-site Tu/Wed/Thurs; lunch & snacks provided)Start: End of July/Early AugustDuration: Through at least the end of September (Concurrent employment not permitted)Hours: likely between 35-40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Active California bar license in good standingExperience in plaintiff-side work or solo practice not permittedPrivacy experience is preferredMust have strong ability to learn quicklyMust have exceptional organizational skills and a high attention to detail

Responsibilities:
