With a focus on cheminformatics and bioinformatics the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive business success. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing Veeva CTMS and Veeva Vault for eTMF to meet business requirements. + Oversee the integration of Vault CTMS with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. + Provide technical expertise in cheminformatics and bioinformatics to enhance product functionality and user experience. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ensure the scalability and reliability of solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and design processes. + Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. + Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices into product development. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. + Support the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance product offerings. + Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on new technologies and processes. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security of data. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in Veeva CTMS and Veeva Vault for eTMF with a strong understanding of system architecture. + Demonstrate expertise in cheminformatics and bioinformatics with the ability to apply this knowledge to product development. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Showcase excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members. + Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex technical projects. + Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
