The key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

You are responsible for product and application support for high-end life science applications in both widefield and confocal microscopy;

You provide training and demonstrations at customer locations or at the ZEISS demo facilities;

You help identify and offer the right solutions for our customers;

You stay up to date with the latest market trends and have knowledge of the competitive landscape;

You identify new needs among existing customers and aim for maximum customer satisfaction.

Required knowledge & experience

A university degree in biology, biophysics, or a comparable natural science;

Several years of experience with high-end microscopy systems and image analysis;

A team player who can also work independently;

You are creative, can think in processes, and focus on providing complete solutions for our customers;

This is a responsible role that sometimes requires working under pressure, so we expect you to be stress-resistant;

Strong communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English);

A valid category B driving license.
