**Role Purpose**
Work with guidance to execute engineering related deliverables to support Winning New Business process and Industrialization of awarded projects. In alignment with Customer Engineering, ensure the implementation of Engineering Standards and Business strategy. Work in a cross functional environment to ensure a flawless implementation of awarded programs, acting as Engineering interface with Engineering Operations for designated projects
**Key responsibilities**
Engineering Standards Specification Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards. Improvement/Innovation Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine support services.
Project Management Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
Personal Capability Building Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Project Risk and Issue Management Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issue logs.
Solutions Analysis Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
Performance Management Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
Data Collection and Analysis Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. Insights and Reporting Support others by carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities, such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.
Engineering Solutions Design Implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions, under supervision, to provide feedback and contribute to validation of the design.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical o Mechatronics Engineering.
+ Master Degree desirable
+ 3 years minimum on Engineering Design or related areas in automotive industry.
+ English intermediate-advanced.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires interactions with various internal functional teams that may be located in different countries and sites.
+ Solid organizational skills – Must be able to multi-task between projects, Effective use of time management. Ability to document processes and work instructions.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Strong knowledge and application of GD&T.
+ Strong writing skills. Role is required to create reports, presentations.
