As an Assoc Pilot Line Engineer at GMF China, you will partner with Product Application and Sales teams to support sampling, testing and processing verification. In this role, you will report to the Pilot Line Manager
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Assist in the setup and commissioning of pilot production lines for new products or processes
• Operate pilot-scale manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to operating procedures
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct experiments and trials to evaluate process parameters, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements
• Analyze production data, track key performance metrics, and recommend modifications to enhance process performance and scalability
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and regulatory requirements in pilot production operations
• Support the implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability
