Strong proficiency with at least one major data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency with the modern data engineering toolkit, including Git for version control and YAML for defining data contracts. A true builder's mindset. You are a pragmatic problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on the challenge of creating order out of chaos and building systems designed to last.

Even better, you may have...

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics Proven experience in technical program management, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. Experience with behavioral analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Tableau. Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect). Experience working as an embedded member of a product development team using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Working knowledge of a scripting language like Python for automation or data analysis.
