Minimum requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management / Science, Commerce, or related field MBA / MBL / Honours - added advantage Minimum 3 Years' experience in Sales, After Sales (i.e. service and parts) Dealer Operations, Campaigns, Promotions Management or Marketing environment Parts Experience - Pricing, Technical Interpretation, Sourcing and Sales Understanding of marketing and branding Conceptualize, develop and implement after sales campaigns and promotions to improve Dealer Throughput and ensure achievement of Genuine Parts sales objectives Conduct market research and do analysis Conduct Homogenous Parts Groups (HPGs) analysis to identify declining HPGs and individual parts for possible campaigns and promotions Computer literate and Data Analysis Tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics) Essential Incentive management experience - desired Exposure and good knowledge of OEM / Importer and / or Dealer Aftersales  Operations - desired Campaigns, promotions management, communication (verbal and written) interpersonal skills Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
