Job Description Insight Global is looking for a BA/PA fully remote to join one of their clients Quality and Compliance team. This team is working on a new tool SAP BRH which integrates with SAP S4 (dashboard on steroids). * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. * Work closely with SAP BRH (Batch Release Hub) for automated product release, integrating with SAP S4. * Mapping process flows, ensuring compliance in a GXP environment. * Write user stories and upload them into JIRA. * Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), IFT (Integration Testing), and BFT (Business Functionality Testing). * Draft compliance plans and oversee deliverables. * Partnering in digital transformation programs, process harmonization, and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) initiatives. * Conduct 24 different release checks to ensure final product release.
