Job Posting TitleProduct Analyst - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Product Analyst is responsible for delivering moderately complex solution products that drive value for our customers. This role is part of a Product Team and drives collaboration with Scrum Masters, Solution Product Owners, Engineers and Quality Analysts to fulfill solution product goals, ensuring solutions align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & other success measurements. Experienced in Agile and working in an Agile environment across interdependent teams, the Product Analyst clearly communicates with cross functional teams, collaborating to create and refine user stories for prioritization in the product backlog.
Responsibilities
Participate in the solution ensuring the outcome meets the true business value by working closely with the Solution Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, facilitate demos and Product Team iterative reviews; including active involvement in the design of the systemsCreate detailed user stories for developers and quality analysts, with clear acceptance criteria; including identifying and acquiring data needed for development and testingInterface with external teams to understand acceptance criteria, merge findings and design to deliver the optimal solutionActively participate in system demos and Inspect and Adapt events to drive improvements into the Agile Release TeamAccept or reject work results and approve user story completionAnalyze data, design data models, review quality of the data models and assist with database design through engagement with ArchitectsCross-functional duties as necessaryOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required2 years of experience or education in analysis, business process change or similar experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications
Experience building strong collaborative relationshipsDemonstrated ability to practice continuous integration, iterative development, and outcomes-based deliveryAbility to exercise independent judgment to determine analysis methods and techniques for obtaining resultsAble to effectively work with ambiguity and in a fast-paced/high change environmentPreferred Qualifications
