Product Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a **Product Analyst** to join Zions Bancorporation. The Product Analyst plays a key role in the Salesforce Product team by working with stakeholders to elicit business requirements, analyze business processes, and act as a subject matter expert on behalf of the business. You will work with full-stack agile teams, made up of Salesforce admins & developers, quality assurance, and DevOps, focused on efficiently delivering on the requirements the product analyst helps gather. Our Salesforce platform is used across the organization, so you will have a broad range of use cases that will require a variety of different solutions, constantly presenting opportunities to explore new challenges. **The Product Analyst will:** + Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, requirements, systems and user needs to develop process maps and documentation in ADO + Provide support within the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards and reports in Salesforce + Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to projects + Assist with helpdesk queue as level 2 support for escalated issues + Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements + Assist in implementation of Salesforce functionality to the users as needed + Collaborate with the various Salesforce teams to ensure optimal delivery of Salesforce functionality + Participate in agile ceremonies + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned **Requirements:** + Requires a Bachelor's finance, technology or a related field and 2+ yrs business analyst experience in banking process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience + Strong elicitation techniques + Ability to collect data and structure in a consumable format to facilitate decision making. + Working knowledge of business processes and systems, programming and systems analysis procedures. + Knowledge of project techniques and practices. + Basic understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall + Analysis & problem solving experience + Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees to resolve problems and improve processes or systems + Must be able to meet deadlines **Visa Sponsorship:** This Product Analyst position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
