Join Equifax as a Product Analyst in our Decisioning space in our Brisbane office on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll be focused on supporting the transition from a legacy environment to building modern, scalable platforms that enable real-time, data-driven decisions for our customers. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts to help design and deliver innovative decisioning solutions that are at the heart of our product strategy and customer experience transformation. You’ll also be working closely with other product professionals and your customers to ensure that they’re front of mind as we build and transition to new products and environments.
As a Product Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap through in-depth product and data analysis, market understanding, and cross-team collaboration. You will also be supported by highly experienced team members and leaders to make sure that you and our customers are successful.
What you’ll do:
Conduct thorough business and product analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch.
Elicit, document, and manage product requirements, including the creation of user stories and process maps.
Utilise customer and product data to understand how customers interact with our Decisioning products.
Support the development of business cases and contribute to deal engagements with insightful analysis.
Assist in segment reporting, planning, and forecasting activities for new product introductions.
Contribute to pricing management strategies and track market and customer implementation activities.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with delivery teams on go-to-market activities.
Support the Product Owners and Principals on communications, documentation, and strategic artefacts.
What experience you need:
2+ years of demonstrated enterprise experience in business and/or product analysis roles.
Proven ability to interpret and analyse customer and product data.
Experience in documenting requirements and creating user stories.
Exposure to supporting business case development.
Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape assessments.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
