Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Location:** Location: Atlanta, GA **Job Description:** + Establish product performance baselines, define OKRs, and set strategic goals. + Champion customer needs to shape digital solutions and product vision that deliver business value. + Conduct user research to identify personas, pain points, and journeys; apply insights through A/B testing, concept testing, and data analysis. + Prioritize product features across delivery teams based on strategic, commercial, and user-centric factors; maintain documentation including roadmaps and user stories. + Analyze emerging trends in technology, markets, and competitors to inform product strategy. + Advocate for MVP development—ensuring solutions are feasible, viable, and desirable. + Balance competing priorities such as business impact, stakeholder needs, speed to market, and technical feasibility. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, test, and launch innovative solutions. + Lead the creation of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives. + Monitor and communicate progress through regular KPI reporting. **Required Skills:** + Proven experience launching data-driven digital products and aligning product vision with strategic goals. + Strong background in user research and applying insights to prioritize features that drive value. + Solid understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies. + Expertise in market analysis and competitor research using appropriate analytics tools. + Experience in sprint planning, backlog management, and writing epics and user stories. + Collaborative mindset with experience in agile/scrum environments. + Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. + Self-motivated with a knack for creative problem-solving and independent initiative. + Strong communication skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders. + 4+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. + Passion for innovation and emerging technologies—especially in AI and Generative AI. **Life at Capgemini:** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
