Part of the Assa Abloy Global Solutions Division, Key and Asset Management provide leading innovative hardware and software solutions through their Traka and KEYper product ranges. What you would do as our Junior Product Analyst
As our Junior Product Analyst, you would be reporting into a Product Manager within Key and Asset Management, you will have the opportunity to influence product strategy, positioning and propositions through comprehensive and impactful market and product research and analysis.
You would also be responsible for:
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on markets, customers, competitors, technologies, and trends by sector and geography, using AI tools and traditional validation methods to support product strategy, competitive positioning, and targeted topic exploration.
• Support Product Managers, UX Manager, and Product Marketing by gathering Voice of Customer insights, identifying functionality gaps, assisting in user research, collecting win/loss data, and developing customer personas and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the Global Business Systems team to gather and analyse Product Management KPI data, monitor product performance and usage, and prepare divisional reports including KPIs, Quarterly Portfolio Reviews, sustainability targets, and ad hoc queries.
• Maintain and share up-to-date, digestible competitor and market information through engaging formats and a structured product information repository to support roadmap planning and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Assist with product launches, attend events to capture market feedback, and support ongoing communication with regional commercial teams to gather and distribute relevant insights.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a Bachelor’s degree that demonstrates strong research and analytical capabilities, with proven ability to gather, interpret, and evaluate data to support decision-making.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying complex product-related issues and providing actionable solutions.
• Can communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders across the business.
• Is skilled in technical tools and techniques for data analysis, including PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python, and AI tools, supporting efficient and accurate insights.
• Is experienced in market research and trend analysis, with a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, finance, and regional sales teams.
