Job Description

The Product Analyst Contractor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day product offer development and engaging client with product solution proposal. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, analyze operational data, and implement projects according to Visa policy and internal SOP. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and summarize business information to reduce into reports for internal use.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support:

• Engage external partners to develop dedicated offers and promotions for Visa cardholders and lead the implementation.

• Follow Visa standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities, ensuring consistency and compliance for project delivery.

• Collaborate with procurement and controllership teams to manage service provider and project delivery.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as required for project implementation.


Team Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Provide support and guidance to team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to improve overall team performance.
 

Qualifications

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, Business Administration, CS, EE or a related field is preferred.

Professional Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a role within the consumer solutions sector. Technical or product experience in consumer promotion campaign management/ loyalty system/rewards system/membership program/eCommerce payment with a background in card scheme, debit or credit card issuing bank or related areas.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with business intelligent systems and visual data tool/software is a plus.

• Excellent bi-lingual (English & Mandarin) written and verbal skills
