What is the opportunity?
Support RBC USWM Director, Retirement Solutions in providing analysis to aid in making informed business decisions and support the implementation and maintenance of the entire Retirement Solutions platform. The Product Analyst is a key team member tracking usage, identifying trends by analyzing client behavior, needs, and preferences making informed recommendations to the Product team. The Retirement Product Analyst will work on a variety of initiatives throughout product life cycle directly impacting product strategy and business performance.
What will you do?
Research, collect and analyze data across the product set including IRAs, SEP, Simples, 401k plans and combining them into unified, coherent reports.Support the entire Retirement Solutions team with advisor supportAssist in the creation of reports and presentations.Assist in policy and procedure updatesWork with technology vendors to ensure data accuracy and visibilityAssist in the implementation of product enhancements and projectsHelp develop and maintain internal Intranet sitesSupport field communications via various outlets including Newsletters, WebEx and emails.Due diligence and analysis of recordkeeping partnersWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-2 years’ experience at a wealth management firmUnderstanding of retirement products regulatory and legal requirementsStrong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, including developing relationships with internal and external partnersAbility to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership as a highly motivate self starterNice-to-Have

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
