As a Product Advisor, you will advise internal Google teams on core principles, design policies and standards to address abuse risks, and enable responsible growth. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resolve high-profile policy issues, coming from the public, users and internal stakeholders. + Influence product decisions and prioritization, and improve user experience for policy-related issues through collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Trust and Safety teams. + Work with sensitive content or situations and be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics or content.
