Product & Admin Specialist I
Location: Winston Salem, NC. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Product & Admin Specialist I is responsible for collaborating with Vision sales and operations and supporting product administration.
How you will make an impact:
Responds to questions and concerns from the sales and operations teams.
Provides support for product conversions, migrations and implementations.
Supports the coordination of proposal activities and responses with other operating areas such as claims, underwriting, sales, customer service, membership, and vendor relations.
Participate in strategy meetings with sales to determine product design and competitiveness.
Edits and reviews of collateral materials and communications.
Supports special projects.
Establishes and maintains knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, related programs, and data integrity issues.
Run standard reports from data warehouse.
Serves as a liaison with all vendors, business, marketing, and shared service partners.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities:
Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid, preferred.
Familiarity with claims processes, preferred.
Experience with GBD, WGS, or IGS systems, preferred.
Experience and knowledge in the medical-surgical area, preferred.
Familiarity with company systems is preferred.
