DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Designing, developing, and producing user-centric data products. Define business problems and scope solutions while ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Enhance the experience for Consumer & Community Banking data publishers and users. Conduct research and design innovative approaches to address technical requirements, incorporating user feedback to refine and optimize solutions. Prototype and execute analytics solutions, leveraging data science, technology, and design to solve complex business problems and drive data-driven decision-making. Communicate proposed solutions and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of the impact on business and customer experiences. Influence key stakeholders across analytics, business, and technology domains to drive innovation and support CCB's cloud migration and modernization strategy. Assess data and technology trend implications to continuously improve product offerings and deliver superior customer experiences. Ensure the seamless integration and deployment of data products into production environments, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product, Business Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a PhD in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Product, Business Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Solve business challenges by leveraging different analytical coding language, including Python and libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for data preprocessing and feature engineering; Developing machine learning models, including classification, regression, and natural language processing; Writing queries in SQL for data manipulation, ETL processes, and managing large-scale databases; Writing optimized queries using window functions and common table expressions (CTEs); Designing and delivering data solutions that integrate user analytics, using visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports; Using JIRA and Confluence to align project objectives; Agile Framework in Scrum and Kanban methodologies and managing project lifecycles, facilitating sprint planning, and iterative development; User Experience Methodology, including conducting user research; creating wireframes and prototypes with tools including Sketch and Figma; Applying usability testing to enhance product usability.

Full-Time. Salary:  $127,200 - $135,000 per year.
