Producibility Engineer II
Support Resideo (Products & Solutions) deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Resideo's next generation (product) by designing processes from prototype to market. You will be the interface between Design and Manufacturing and will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications. Use your process engineering knowledge by working on exciting products and processes serving customers globally. Refine and expand your engineering skills in a team-based culture by working with innovative products and technologies. Partner with various project teams to reach effective solutions. **JOB DUTIES:** + Ensuring Products meet Electronics Excellence Expectations, specifically Quality and Productivity targets. + Lead the end-to-end production launch of new products, from pilot runs to full manufacturing ramp-up. + Product Cost Generation and tracking. + BOMs Generation. + Production Tooling Budget Development. + Process Design and Set-up. + Work closely with Electrical< Mechanical and Firmware Design Teams. + Provide feedback to Manufacturing and Test Engineering Teams. + Collaborate in PFMEA creation in conjunction with Manufacturing/Process Engineer, Factory Test Design Engineer, Factory Quality Engineer and Product Design Engineer. + Assembly Process Design and Set-up (including assembly fixture developments). + Participate in detailed Design Reviews. + Participate in lessons learned meetings. + Monitoring and improve production yield from Launch to ramp up. + Supplier management/collaboration to support project need. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 3+ Years experience in electronic products manufacturing. + Working knowledge of NPI Phases and ECRO Change Management processes. + Proven experience in assembly startup, including: + IPC standard knowledge and best practices. + Assembly process development. + Work instruction creation. + Fixture design and implementation. + Design For Manufacturing experience. + Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). **WE VALUE:** + Experience using SAP for manufacturing or product data management. + Background in Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation. + Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment. + PTC Creo Parametrics or related CAD software knowledge (for fixture Design). **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** + Benefits that go beyond Mexican labor law, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind. + A collaborative and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued. + Opportunities for continuous professional growth and skill development through training, mentoring, and challenging projects. + Access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and a supportive team to help you excel. + The chance to work with a global, innovative company shaping the future in its industry. \#LI-AM2 \#LI-ONSITE Resideo is a leading global provider of critical comfort and security solutions primarily in residential environments and distributor of low-voltage electronic and security products.
