The Producer Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of the organization’s Sales Acceleration Program, a critical component of the CRC Group’s organic growth strategy. This program is designed to support high-performing, early-career producers over a structured 2.5-year period, helping them achieve early validation and long-term profitability. The Coordinator will ensure smooth delivery of all program elements. The role works cross-functionally with senior leaders, program participants, and external partners to maintain a best-in-class development experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time. 

Coordinate all operational aspects of the Sales Acceleration Program to ensure successful execution of program design and content delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for program participants, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their development journey.Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for in-person and virtual program components, including workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to organize and deliver relevant content and resources aligned with program objectives.Maintain program documentation, including participant records, training materials, progress tracking, and reporting dashboards.Assist with program participant selection, onboarding, and integration into the program.Gather participant feedback, monitor progress, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance program outcomes.Coordinate program communications to ensure participants and stakeholders are informed and engaged.Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership summarizing program performance, milestones, and participant success metrics.Support other sales enablement, talent development, and producer onboarding initiatives as needed.Travel will be expected 5+ times per year

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, talent management, or related areas.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills for working with employees at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Insurance or financial services industry experience a plus but not required.Strong customer service orientation and commitment to supporting the development and success of producers.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.Analytical mindset with ability to measure success and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
