What You'll Do

We're expanding our Engagement Production team—the group behind the quests you see across Fortnite—and we're looking for an experienced Producer to help lead this effort. In this role, you’ll oversee the development of quests across multiple Fortnite products. You’ll work closely with a nimble, agile team that thrives on adaptability, absorbing priorities across the Fortnite ecosystem and driving them forward with clarity and purpose. As a producer, your impact is pivotal: You'll ensure that goals are met on time and of high quality across diverse initiatives. We’re looking for someone highly organized, an excellent communicator, and confident in managing timelines across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate: - Has a strong background in game production - Understands dependency-driven workflows - Can balance and inform priorities across projects with an eye toward Fortnite’s holistic goals - Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments - Brings passion for games and a drive to deliver great player experiences. In this role, you will Own the schedule: Partner with discipline leads to assess Engagement needs across multiple Fortnite products. Scope, prioritize, and schedule work accordingly. Maintain team assignments, capacity planning, and roadmaps for upcoming content and initiatives Facilitate cross-functional communication: Act as the connective tissue between teams, leads, and stakeholders—sharing clear status updates, surfacing risks early, and ensuring high visibility into development pipelines and priorities Coordinate and lead dev operations, including: -Running team meetings and initiative syncs -Representing the team in seasonal planning, ideation, and milestone scoping sessions -Managing JIRA task/bug entry, triage, and tracking -Overseeing capacity planning, risk assessment, and workload scoping -Scheduling playtests and coordinating reviews of in-development content Create data-driven artifacts: Build dashboards and visual reports that provide transparency into progress, identify risks, and help drive decision-making for stakeholders and leadership Liaise with QA teams: Ensure test coverage for high-priority features by coordinating closely with QA Leads and cross-team Production owners Continuously improve: Help evolve and refine production processes across the team. Look for opportunities to leave things better than you found them, adapting workflows to meet the needs of a fast-moving product and team What we're looking for Proven production experience leading cross-functional teams through the delivery of complex projects, ideally in a fast-paced or live service environment A self-starter mindset—you tackle challenges creatively and methodically, with a strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to drive high-velocity development cycles, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals Familiarity with lightweight, scalable production systems that empower teams without introducing unnecessary overhead Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a wide range of stakeholders—from team members to company leadership Background in quests, engagement systems, or live game production is a strong plus EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE
