Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Producer. Responsibilities: * Design and manage production processes that integrate AI tooling into creative workflows (e.g., Firefly, Adobe GenStudio, ChatGPT, Runway) * Build and scale repeatable frameworks for content development using AI-enhanced production models, documenting and articulating experimentation approaches, learnings and best practices * Partner with campaign, strategy and creative leads to ensure timely and efficient delivery of assets across campaign and brand creative tracks * Translate briefs into resourcing plans, timelines, and tooling strategies aligned with creative and operational goals * Create and maintain a production knowledge base, including prompt libraries, QA checklists, and tool guides * Stay up to date on emerging tools and lead onboarding and training for AI platforms * Collaborate with legal, privacy, and brand governance partners to ensure safe and responsible AI usage * Act as a connective tissue across disciplines-streamlining communication, managing dependencies, and escalating blockers quickly
